My name is Alicia Davis and I am the owner and Founder of Alicia Davis HR Consulting. I am obsessed with all things Human Resources! I have a strong background in leadership and organizational development and I am relentless in my plight to help organizations become more efficient, thus more profitable. I consider myself the ultimate problem solver and I always have a plan! My functional areas of HR expertise are California employment law ,training and development, hiring and recruiting, strategic planning and the list goes on! I have a Bachelors degree in Speech and Communications, a Masters Degree in HR Management and I hold the following credentials: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR , PHR-CA, and the SHRM California Law Specialty Credential.
