Hi, I’m Alicia Davis, and I’m here to be your HR bestie.

A few years ago, I set a goal to earn my first HR certification. I jumped in without a clear strategy, studied the wrong way, and failed.

I was discouraged and stepped away for a while.

But when I came back, I did things differently.

With a clear plan, better study habits, and a focused strategy, I went on to pass the PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and PHR-CA—all in less than a year.

That journey changed everything.

Today, I’m a Regional HR Manager with a Master’s degree in HR, a mom of three, and someone who truly understands what it’s like to juggle a full life while chasing big goals.

Now, I’ve turned that experience into systems, tools, and courses that help others do the same—especially busy professionals balancing careers, family, and everything in between.

I’m passionate about helping professionals grow, teaching practical HR (not just theory), developing strong leaders, and navigating California compliance with confidence.
